EFCC agents storm APC presidential convention venue

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has stormed the All Progressives Congress (APC) Special Convention venue in Abuja, Eagle Square.

The officials walked around the convention centre before settling into strategic positions. When approached by a reporter at the convention, the officials, however, declined to comment.

On May 28, EFCC officials made a similar appearance at the PDP special convention in Abuja, but no arrests were made.

The visit could be related to recent social media reports claiming that presidential aspirants paid delegates a lot of money to vote at the convention.
