On Tuesday morning, a bomb exploded in Sabon Gari, Fagge Local Government Area, Kano State.
The explosion occurred at a school on Aba Road, sending parents scurrying to pick up their children.
According to an eyewitness report in a viral video, the detonation was caused by a suicide bomber.

Attempts to contact Kano State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, were unsuccessful since he did not answer to calls placed to his phone.
